Lillian signs advanced reading copies of THE BURNING GLASS at the Thomson/Gale booth at the Texas Library Association conference, San Antonio, Texas, April 13, 2007.  She is talking to Sonnet Erin Brown of the San Antonio Public Library.

After the signing, Thomas/Gale gave Lillian a box of handmade chocolate truffles.  Fortunately, no one had a camera available when she went slightly berserk.
The "real" Secret Portrait The Secret Portrait
The actual secret portrait of Bonnie Prince Charlie, an anamorphic painting,
is in the West Highland Museum in Fort William, Scotland, with Lillian's nose
prints on the glass of the display case.
